Apartamentos Gibralfaro Centro is located in the historic center of Málaga. Centro Historica de Málaga consists of charming pedestrian streets beneath the Alcazaba, a medieval Moorish fortress that overlooks an ancient Roman theater.
We really appreciated the convenience of walking everywhere, eliminating the need for expensive Uber or taxi fares. Restaurants and shops were right on our doorstep, supermarkets and convenience stores were less than five minutes away, and historic sites were all around us.
Calle Marqués de Larios, the main thoroughfare, is lined with boutiques housed in 19th-century buildings, while restaurants and bar terraces line historic squares such as Plaza de la Constitución.
Art lovers can explore the Picasso Museum, housed in a beautifully restored palace, which houses works by the legendary Malaga-born artist.
