A 25-year-old man in Canada is facing a list of charges after he allegedly stole a Ford Bronco and crashed a police cruiser with it. He was suspected of being in possession of stolen property and weapons, Peel Regional Police said.

The incident occurred at a Tim Horton’s drive-thru in Mississauga, Ontario on Tuesday, September 3, authorities said; police were alerted to a suspicious vehicle in the area and when they located it, they were able to determine it was stolen. Video footage from the building’s security camera shared to social media shows what happened next.

In an attempt to prevent the suspect from leaving the scene, officers blocked the Bronco in the drive-thru lane with a pair of Dodge police vehicles; a Charger was parked directly in front of the Bronco’s bumper and a Durango was parked a short distance away. But the presence of the vehicles did not deter the suspect, who police have identified as Ramanpreet Singh of Brampton, Ontario.

Despite being surrounded by police, the driver is seen on video apparently trying to escape by using his stolen Ford Bronco to drive about the police vehicles. The footage shows the Bronco pushing the Charger back and then driving over the hood and windshield. Unfortunately for the suspect, the Bronco was unable to pass the Durango and was forced back into the drive-thru lane.

The suspect was taken into custody after the incident with only minor injuries, authorities said; he is charged with fleeing a police officer, dangerous operation, obstructing a police officer and three counts of possession of property obtained by crime. Authorities say no officers or bystanders were injured. The two Peel police Dodges… well, they weren’t so lucky.
