What does Philadelphia smell like? Scent testing of new Philly themed candles

From “Boathouse Mornings” to “South Philly Sunday Dinner,” the Philadelphia Visitors Center has released six new candles that they say capture the scent of Philly. Jim Donovan and Janelle Burrell subjected the new candles to the (smell) test.
