The average gas cost per gallon in Washington state is now $4.01 – down 2 cents from October’s average of $4.03. Last November, gas in Washington averaged $4.60 per gallon, 59 cents above the current average, according to AAA.
According to AAA, Washington has the third highest gas prices in the country, behind California at $4.53 per gallon and Hawaii at $4.57 per gallon.
Whatcom County Gas Prices
The average cost of gas in Whatcom County is $3.85 per gallon, up 1 cent from October.
On Wednesday, Nov. 6, Bellingham’s average gallon of gas cost $3.85, according to AAA, up 6 cents from the previous month’s average of $3.79.
