The two largest Michigan Lottery prizes won or claimed in August were worth at least $4 million, according to the Michigan Lottery.
The largest prize in August was won on a Lotto 47 ticket purchased online by a player registered in Macomb. The ticket matched the numbers drawn on August 17, winning the $4.57 million jackpot.
The next highest winner was a World Class Millions instant ticket purchased at Royal Liquor Food Mart in Jackson. It won one of the game’s three top prizes, worth $4 million.
The tickets were just some of 14 prizes worth $100,000 or more claimed or won last month.
