Election Day is Tuesday, November 5. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Early voting in New York runs from Saturday, October 26 through Sunday, November 3.

Amendment to protect against unequal treatment

This amendment proposal would protect against unequal treatment based on ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, and gender, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and pregnancy. It would also protect against unequal treatment based on reproductive health care and autonomy.
