MINNEAPOLIS — Friday will be another cool and cloudy day, followed by Saturday.
On both days the maximum temperatures are around 30 degrees, with clouds decreasing from west to east during the day on Friday.
Temperatures will see a slight increase into the lower 40s on Sunday. It will be a mix of sun and clouds, with cloud increasing overnight.
A weak system will move through northern Minnesota, bringing the chance of light snow. That could take over eastern Minnesota overnight and into Monday morning.
Cold air will follow behind this weak system on Sunday night. On Monday the maximum temperatures will already be around freezing point or lower. We will go from cold to colder as we march through the week. It appears there are no significant weather systems affecting holiday travel during the week.
