Ice cream stands are a hallmark of summer. Their openings signal spring, while their closures signal cooler weather is on its way.
Now that fall has arrived, local ice cream stands are closed for the remainder of the season.
Even though the weather is getting colder, ice cream is still a delicious treat all year round. From classic vanilla to mint chocolate chip, there’s a flavor for everyone to enjoy.
So, get as much ice cream as you can from a seasonal ice cream stand while you can. This is when several ice cream parlors in the Norwich area close for the season.
