One person was killed in a crash in Canyon County on Monday, police said.
A 43-year-old Caldwell woman was driving west on East Homedale Road when her vehicle drifted off the north shoulder of the roadway, according to an Idaho State Police news release.
Police said the car struck a tree near the Compass Way intersection in Caldwell at 4:13 p.m.
The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene from her injuries, according to police.
Idaho State Police are investigating.
