Woman in critical condition after triple shooting in Center City, police say

A 42-year-old woman is in critical condition and two other people were hospitalized late Sunday night after a shooting near 11th and Ludlow Streets in Center City, Philadelphia. Police say they believe an argument led to the shooting, but have not yet taken anyone into custody.
