ST. PAUL, Min. – A Minneapolis woman was killed in a rollover crash on Interstate 94 in St. Paul early Sunday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just before 3 a.m. on the highway near St. Peter Street, just south of the state Capitol complex.

The victim, 38, was speeding and not wearing a seat belt while driving drunk, the State Patrol said.

She lost control of her vehicle, which then rolled onto the highway.
