Two people were injured in a shooting in MacArthur Park on Saturday.
According to Los Angeles Police Department officers, it happened near 6th and Alvarado Streets around 9:30 p.m.
When they arrived, they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. One, a man in his 30s, had a gunshot wound to the leg. The second, described only as a man, had a wound to the neck.
They were both rushed to nearby hospitals under unknown circumstances, police said.
Investigators are looking for a suspect who was last seen walking through the park on Alvarado Street. They say a black semi-automatic handgun was used.
No information has been released about the motive behind the shooting.
