The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said an adult and a teenager were shot at Argyle Lake at the Oakleaf Town Center apartment complex.

According to investigators, the shooting occurred while the 2 victims were sitting in a parked car. Two unknown suspects approached the car and started shooting.
The adult victim was shot in both arms and the teen in the leg and back. The victims were then transported to a CareSpot Emergency Room for medical attention. Both suffered non-life-threatening injuries and both victims are now in separate hospitals.

Police say the victims were shot with a rifle. The suspects are still on the run.
Another car was hit during the shooting, but no one else was injured
