Driver robbed and shot while delivering pizza in Philadelphia’s Elmwood Park

Philadelphia police said a driver was delivering pizza on Paschall Avenue in the Elmwood Park section of the city when four young men between the ages of 14 and 19 approached his car, stole the pizza and money and hit him in the groin shots.
