Fired employees at Chicago’s Signature Room to receive back wages and benefits

A ruling handed down this month means all 140 employees of the now-closed restaurant in the former John Hancock Center will receive back wages and benefits after the company failed to give them 60 days’ notice as required by law. This is reported by Suzanne Le Mignot of CBS 2.
