Roadway improvements on the westbound lane of Halfway Boulevard began September 23 as part of Washington County’s fiscal 2024 Pavement Maintenance Program.
The improvements include milling, a hot asphalt overlay and striping from the railroad bridge east of Massey Boulevard to the Hopewell Road intersection.
The work is expected to be carried out until Friday 11 October, from 7am to 5pm, weather permitting.
The lanes will be closed for the entire duration of the project, with delays expected.
