MINNEAPOLIS— Police are investigating the shooting that left a man dead in Minneapolis on Friday evening.
According to officials, officers arrived at the 3500 block of Penn Avenue North shortly before 11 a.m. They found a man in his 50s with life-threatening gunshot wounds sitting in a car.
The officers provided medical assistance, but the man died on the spot.
The man’s name will be released later.
No one has been arrested.
