Michigan 10K Swim to Improve Veterans’ Brain Health

Veterans in Michigan die by suicide at a much higher rate than the general population, according to recent data from Veteran Affairs. The Step Up Foundation is working to prevent these deaths by funding research into veterans’ brain health. The 2024 “Find Your Way Home” swim in Grosse Ile will benefit the foundation.
