TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Another warm and dry day with highs in the mid 80s. A few spots could briefly reach 90 degrees today. Once again, breezes from the Gulf of Mexico are keeping coastal areas a little cooler.
The humidity gradually increases during the day, today and tomorrow. Saturday should be another warm, dry day.
There is just enough humidity to allow for a few inland showers on Sunday afternoon. Most of us stay dry.
A cold front arrives on Monday with a 40% chance of rain showers. Not everyone will receive significant rainfall, but widespread rain of a quarter to half an inch is expected.
Behind the front, humidity will drop slightly, but it will still be warm with highs in the mid-80s.
