Neighbors describe shock after mother and daughter were found stabbed to death in Northeast Philadelphia

A mother and daughter were found stabbed to death in the basement of a home in Philadelphia’s Crescentville neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, police said. Neighbors told CBS News Philadelphia they were in shock.
