New data shows home sales fell in April as mortgage rates remained high

New housing data shows that sales of new and existing homes fell in April as mortgage rates remained high. The number of homes on the market increased by 9%, but prices are still more than 40% higher than four years ago. CBS News business analyst Jill Schlesinger explains.
