July 1 – The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority is seeking contractors to provide home renovation services for its Home Improvement Program.
The authority is now accepting applications on its website, specifically for areas such as septic system replacement and installation and accessibility improvements, among others. According to a press release, up to $5 million is available to home renovation contractors.
Contractors can complete the form at housingnm.org.
