Boise police said a portion of Fairview Avenue in West Boise was closed Tuesday morning while officers investigated a crash.
Officers are investigating a crash at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Mitchell Street, according to a police post on X, formerly known as Twitter. An image posted by the department showed at least two vehicles involved in the crash, with one of the vehicles on its side.
Police said the eastbound lane of Fairview Avenue at Mitchell Street is closed and motorists can expect “significant traffic delays.” Authorities are asking people to avoid the area as crews work to clear the intersection.
