PwC Middle East will acquire the Saudi education consultancy Emkan

PwC Middle East has agreed to acquire Emkan Education, a Saudi consultancy providing education and skills development consultancy services.

The acquisition is part of PwC’s efforts to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to transform the education sector and develop a skilled workforce.

With the acquisition, Emkan Education’s team of professionals will join PwC’s education practice in the Middle East.

The company expects the Emkan team to further strengthen its capabilities in the education and skills sector in the region.

Emkan Education’s local expertise, together with PwC’s global reach, is expected to enable PwC to support regional clients in achieving their objectives and contribute to the development of the education ecosystem.

PwC Partner and Education & Skills leader Roland Hancock will oversee the combined efforts of both entities.
