Possible travel problems: Heavy lake effect snow bands are likely to persist across portions of the Great Lakes snow belts from Upper Michigan to New York State. Considering the past few days of snow on the lake, there may be snow in places important travel issues in these areas, including road closures.

Possible delays due to weather at the airport: None are expected at the major hubs.

Good weather: Much of the rest of the country should be precipitation-free.
