Storm timeline for Boston

Scattered showers will begin Tuesday night. We do not expect heavy rain showers.

There will be persistent rain with some heavy rain showers from Wednesday morning to afternoon.

There may be a brief break on Wednesday afternoon and evening before the heaviest rain showers push through between 6pm and midnight. This is when we are most at risk of flooding and wind damage.
