Suspect charged in shooting at Wells Fargo bank in Philadelphia’s Rhawnhurst neighborhood

Philadelphia police have arrested a man after a woman was shot in the leg Monday morning in the parking lot of a Wells Fargo bank in Rhawnhurst. Police said a 26-year-old man turned himself in Tuesday and has been charged in the shooting. The 61-year-old victim is in stable condition in the hospital.
