The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the following fugitives:
Jocelyn Arroyo
Jocelyn Arroyo, 27, whose last known address was in the 1300 block of North 10th Street, is wanted for aggravated assault and theft.
Police said Arroyo and three other suspects hit the victim in the back of the head on Aug. 14 as he walked away. When the victim tried to call police from his cell phone, Arroyo and the other suspects pulled him to the ground and stomped him. on his head. Arroyo and the other suspects took the cell phone and $25. Reading police filed charges on September 3. Arroyo also has a warrant for his arrest for violating adult probation in Berks County.
She is described as 5 feet and 140 pounds.
Jason Conrad
Jason Conrad, 46, whose last known address was in the 1400 block of Perkiomen Avenue, is wanted on a charge of intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Exeter Township police said they stopped Conrad in his vehicle on August 14. Police saw evidence of criminal activity and asked to search the vehicle. During the search, police found 3.8 grams of crystal meth, 16 bundles of heroin/fentanyl and a clear glass pipe. Conrad was released and police filed charges on September 23.
He is described as 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds.
