(CBS DETROIT) – Heavy rain is possible this weekend, but fortunately most of it should fall during the overnight hours.
If you’re going to the Detroit Grand Prix or a graduation ceremony or have outdoor plans, you can expect mainly dry conditions, especially on Saturday.

On Saturday we will see clouds increasing throughout the day and rain approaching closer to sunset. Temperatures will be in the mid-70s, with some wind gusts up to 20 miles per hour possible.

Once the rain penetrates, it will linger all night, with the possibility of heavy rain at times. Light rain will continue through the first half of Sunday, but the day will end warm and dry.
